So, things have been moving admittedly slowly, but there is very tangible progress to report! Tracks are being sent off for mixing. I’ve got two in the can and will hopefully be sending the remaining off at a rate of one every three days or so. Things are coming together.

I’m working on a full length Sunday Night Girls Club record. It features Christopher “Spanky” Alexander on bass, Douglas “Dug” Day on Drums, and Jason “J” Caviola on guitar. The vast majority of it was tracked live at the Ice Cream factory on a pleasant Sunday in July by Matt Parmenter of Quiet Company (Matt was also kind enough to play some keys in a couple spots as well). My good friend Paul Zanetti has graciously agreed to take on mixing duties. It’s coming right along, but there are still miles to go.
I’ll be opening for Brandon Bolin on June 29th in Dallas at Gilley’s Jack Daniels Saloon. I’ll be joined by J Caviola of Sunday Night Girls Club. Check the Tour page for details.

I’m fortunate enough to have a number of supremely talented friends who are willing to lend their talents to some of the tunes I write. Doug Day, J Caviola, Tim Shelburne and Drew Thomas joined me on stage last Friday night at Flipnotics. I think we made some really good sounds, and I’m excited to do it again.
